Cool off after the workweek with heavy hors d'oeuvres, refreshing libations and yummy desserts while MP Steel Drum Duo provides lively entertainment. Swimming is optional, unless you get thrown in! 70’s tribute party!

Join your co-hosts Chef Tony Hilligoss and his wife Molly poolside at the home of co-hosts Mark and Paula Garth for a trip back to the 70's. Rock out to all of the great music of the era with wine, beer, signature cocktails of the time, and fondue appetizers. Chef Tony will surprise us with a fabulously updated entree course with nostalgic favorites (do not worry - no Jell-O molds here!). For dessert, you should expect at least one Bundt cake to make an appearance. Leisure suits, Chuck Taylors, mod florals, and platform shoes are encouraged!

How about learning one of the traditional ballroom dances, like Waltz, Foxtrot, Rhumba, or Cha Cha. Maybe you want to learn a great swing dance like the East Coast Swing or Carolina Shag. Dance instructors Gary and Robbie Mann will teach your choice of one of these dances to a group of up to six people in one 50 minute beginner class. The date, time, and location of the class will be coordinated with the group and the dance instructors.

You do not want to miss this afternoon that will also provide you with the opportunity to be challenged and recognized by your friends for your performance in a variety of fun filled Olympic events. When was the last time you played croquet, badminton, horseshoes and corn hole as an Olympian competitor? It is all here for the taking.
